01. Protocol Acceptance
By accessing Naksha, you agree to these service protocols. Our platform is a curated discovery engine; usage is a privilege, not a guarantee of existence on the grid.
02. Profile Sovereignty
You represent that all information provided during the validation phase is accurate. False data (fake followers, spoofed engagement) is a direct breach of protocol and results in immediate profile suspension.
03. Accountability
System activity in your name is your responsibility. You agree to utilize secure passkeys and acknowledge that Naksha is not liable for unauthorized grid access resulting from user-side credential leaks.
04. Suspension Protocol
Naksha administrators reserve absolute rights to suspend, ban, or archive profiles that violate our internal guidelines or compromise system integrity without prior notification.
